The position is for a Customer support executive. This dynamic person would be handling customer queries, complaints.

 

Job Description :

 

  • To make outgoing calls to customers & keep them informed about new products and services.
  • To try and sell the products and services to people
  • To listen to objections and handle them effectively
  • To enter the details of every interaction in the system researching, locating, and providing information
  • Determines requirements by working with customers
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired Requirements

 

Requirement :

 

  • Fresher or 1 year of Customer Support Experience in service industry
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
  • Excellent convincing skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 

Qualifications

 

  • Any Graduate
